No-nonsense old school approach
I’ve trained with Andy for too long to remember. His no-nonsense old school approach is spot on! He helped me recover from major back surgery many years ago following a rugby injury, and I still enjoy training with him. His knowledge of boxing technique is excellent so anyone looking to learn or improve should look no further.

Andy has trained me on a one to one basis and been supportive in my goal of becoming fitter and healthier. He has shown me the importance of doing exercise in a way to suitable to my age and capabilities, while encouraging me all the way. Not only does he have his clients best interests as a priority, I am leaner and fitter thanks to him. He has a heart of gold.

I have been training with Andy for about 6 months now and I’m loving every minute of it. Our sessions involve mainly boxing and fitness training, he is an amazing boxing coach/trainer and all the sessions are organised, meet my specific needs and are really enjoyable. Keeps me motivated
I have trained with Andy for 3yrs now. His style of training is perfect for me as he keeps me motivated and changes my routines on a regular basis. He is friendly but always pushes me to do my best. I have always wanted to do something to keep me fit and in shape. I have tried the gym before and left but I now feel I have found the perfect balance! He is an excellent personal trainer.
